This is the 3rd day. Counting down of the 180 days.

It is the 177 days. I would not consider it is a very long period or neither i would think it is a short period.

God God, once again while i travel to work, she continue floating around my mind. I missing her badly.

God, how is she doing now? Is she walking closely with You? is her work tiring her? How was her word for life last night? And how she is feeling for me?

I wanted to find out and know……… But But, i cant ask her directly for the leaders want us to be only friend from now to know each other more and more. We cant share our feeling with each other, no matter what.

God, May you once again touch her life and pray that she continue grow closely with you and you protect her…………………

Thank you God for teaching me how to depend on you and not leading my life by my own understanding But with your daily grace day by day….

3nd day of the 6months – Continue to pray about my love for rebecca

God..Here i am praying to you again. God, God… I cant sleep. “It is 2 am now…….zzzzzzzzzzzzz”

I missing her. I thinking of her. God, as i praying now. I want to pray for her that you provide her a good rest tonight as she in the lala land. Give her comfort, so she can feel your love, comfort and protection.

Thank you God for teaching me that i must entrust this relationship to your hand. This verse has been dwelling in my heart

13-9-2008 was a important day for me

This sat was the day where i meet up with the girl i love together with our leaders. i was not anixous about the meetup with leaders but i believe our leaders are there to help the 2 of us, and to guide us in this relationship.

They are there to guide us, and not to break us apart. I must thank you for the leaders on top of us. As they want us to have the best for each other. I have been a changed person now. Believing in God strongly, walking in the Lord’s path and trust Him that he will take care of me and my life and my heart. That he know my desire of my heart. My desire is to take care of rebecca and to love her. And she knew my heart for her and my desire to love her and take care of her.

From the bottom of my heart, i want to say i love you. rebecca. Until the 6mth later from 13-9-2008, when she agree to say yes, i will continue to pray and pray until God answer my prayer on that big day for me. I hand this relationship to God that he know i longing and wanting to take care and love her just as how God love me.

To God: God, my heart for rebecca is very strong. And i cant think of anything that can measure my love for her. i really love her. And i hope you will blessed and i sure you will blessed my love for her. I love her. God, i pray that you will touch her heart until the day she agree to allow me to take care of her. I want to the best for her. I want to be Godly man for her and be Godly for you. Walking only the path of You.

To Rebecca: You already know my feeling for you. I want to be the person whom there for you. i want to take care of you. Which i have told my leader directly of my desire to take care of you. To encourage you, to protect you.

On 13-9-2008(Sat)
She brought a soft-skinned mooncake from her house. And I ate it while i was seeing her home during the night. I love her smile, i love her been beside. i love to see her. I was so happy.

“God, i pray you will protect her, let her continue to grow strong in you. For she is a very very submissive and teachable sheep. So protect her at all time. Help me to look after her. I will pray that you know my desire of my heart. And i depend on you to fulfil it. You the only person that can help me coz you make my future and you are my maker.”

Recover your MySQL Passwords

shell> /etc/init.d/mysql stop

Now start up MySQL again, bypassing the grant tables and assign a new password for the MySQL root user:

shell> cd /usr/bin/mysqld_safe
shell> ./mysqld_safe –skip-grant-tables 1>/dev/null 2>&1 &
shell> mysql -u root
mysql> use mysql
mysql> UPDATE user SET Password=PASSWORD(‘newpassword’) WHERE user=’root’;
mysql> exit;

Now, you can start MySQL again with the normal startup parameters, the password is now changed:

shell> /etc/init.d/mysql start

Return applicable data columns in SELECT queries

Retrieve information via SELECT * become a habit of all developers. Unfortunately, the SELECT * query will return data columns which are not necessary on the application side, thus this action will waste server resources and consumes extra bandwidth. It is better to return required data columns to the application than to do SELECT *.

Choose the correct datatype for table fields
MySQL provide a handy function – analyse() to anaylse your existing table. This function will return following report.

field_name – The name of the returned column
min_value – The smallest value in the result set for this column
max_value – The largest value in the result set for this column
min_length – The smallest number of bytes in the result set for this column
max_length – The largest number of bytes in the result set for this column
empties_or_zeros – The number of returned rows with either an empty field or zero value in this column
nulls – The number of returned rows with nulls in this column
avg_value_or_avg_length – For numeric columns, the average value in the result set for this column; for string columns, the average length of all the values in this column for the result set
std – The standard deviation for the result set for this column, assuming it is a numeric column
optimal_fieldtype – The MySQL-preferred data type for this column, based on the data sample contained in the result set

Example command – SELECT * FROM test PROCEDURE analyse(4);

This command allows you to analyze your data and make further decisions to review the existing column datatypes for optimization.

Use Constraints to improve performance

When Not to Normalize

These kind of join will add more complexity to the application, although this is technically a violation of good database design theory.
